By accessing or using LocalAgentHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LocalAgentHub provides booking infrastructure connecting travelers with premium tourism operators in South Africa. The Platform facilitates discovery, booking holds, and confirmed reservations for tourism experiences.

3. Booking Process

• Holds: Booking holds are temporary reservations valid for a limited time (typically 10 minutes). Holds do not guarantee final booking until payment is confirmed.
• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by operator and are displayed at the time of booking.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. LocalAgentHub does not store credit card details. All transactions are subject to the operator's pricing and refund policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when making bookings, arrive on time for confirmed experiences, and comply with operator policies and local regulations.

6. Operator Relationships

LocalAgentHub acts as an intermediary between travelers and operators. The actual tourism services are provided by independent operators who are responsible for delivering the booked experiences.

7. Limitation of Liability

LocalAgentHub is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by operators. Our liability is limited to the fees collected by LocalAgentHub for facilitating the booking.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
